Who Are We?

Midwest Engineering Ltd. was incorporated in 1995 and is a manufacturer’s agent for commercial and industrial heating, ventilating and air conditioning (H.V.A.C.) products. Our core business is the commercial and industrial H.V.A.C. market. In 2007, we expanded to the Alberta Market under the name Midwest Engineering (AB) Ltd. We started with a few product lines and two employees. In 2009 and 2010 we purchased the assets of Olympic International Ltd. in both Calgary and Edmonton respectively and hired many of their employees. We now currently employ sixteen people in Alberta including five professional engineers, three certified engineering technologists, three engineering technologists in training and other experienced sales personnel.

We are very involved in the bid and specification market but are also very active in the design build / design assist market. Our offices include staff previously employed in the consulting engineering field and we are very experienced in facilitating design assistance to engineers and contractors as it relates to equipment and system design.
